Director Lingusamy is known to share a good relationship with his artists. Anyone associated with him will stand testimony for this fact. Joining the list is the ever-smiling, ever-friendly Arya who is acting in Lingusamy's next movie Vettai. Rumours indicate that the two have become close friends and Arya even recommended Mysskin for ‘Mugamudi’. It seems that Lingusamy was spellbound over the script and is now working out on production designing.
It is also being told that Lingusamy referred Arya to his friend Balaji Sakthivel for an untitled project which will hit the floors in 2011. Nanbenda

Madhavan in Vettai
Madhavan has confirmed that he would do a crucial role in 'Vettai', a film which will be directed by Lingusamy and produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri.
Interestingly, the movie is going to be a double delight for the actor and his fans, for he would be there in the Tamil and Telugu versions of the project. While the Tamil version would have Arya alongside with him, the Tollywood version would feature Mahesh Babu in the lead role.
"After ‘Run’, it is my longtime wish to work with Lingusamy again. Happy that it is coming true with ‘Vettai’. Quite like ‘Run’, all sections of the audience would enjoy watching Vettai", Maddy says.
Describing Arya as his good friend, the actor says, "He didn't even listen to the script after coming to know that I would be there to share the screen space with him. I would also like to say that the storyline and treatment by Lingusamy would be a major strength".
Meanwhile, producer Dhayanidhi Alagiri has said, "I am eagerly looking forward for the shoot (of 'Vettai') to start. This would be one of our big productions we have top technicians of Tamil cinema working on this movie".

Mysskin settles for Arya
It was a film that should have begun after ‘Nandalala’. Suriya was to have adorned the hero mask and Mysskin should have moved on to the next level. But the plans of Mysskin over the film ‘Mugamudi’ went haywire as nothing was falling in place.
‘Mugamudi’ was a mega budgeted film about a martial arts warrior directed by Mysskin. Suriya was finalised and then the film was delayed for many reasons. Meanwhile Suriya got busy with ‘Aadhavan’ and ‘Singam’. When Mysskin sorted out his problems and wanted to start ‘Mugamudi’ Suriya wasn’t in a position to return to the project immediately,
Later there was a buzz saying Vishal may do the project. Now the murk has settled and a clear picture is emerging.
According to latest reports, Mysskin told the story of ‘Mugamudi’ to Arya and the current sensational star immediately wanted to do the film. Talks followed and it is decided that Lingusamy will produce the film under his banner. It will roll soon.
So who will wear the ‘Mugamudi’ from Mysskin? Arya

Arya to Work With Mysskin
'Boss Engira Baskaran' has worked wonders to Arya's career, one has to say. The actor, who is much in demand these days, has announced 'Vettai' with Lingusamy just days after the release of 'Boss Engira Baskaran'.
And now, Mysskin, one of the promising directors of Tamil cinema, has eyed on Arya. He would soon start a project with the actor, which would be produced by Lingusamy's Tirupathi Brothers.
"The new venture will be straight contrast to earlier Mysskin films. He would start the project after completing the post production works of ‘Yudham Sei’, which has Cheran in the lead", sources say.
Confirming this, Arya too has said: "Mysskin's one-line narration was interesting". The actor is currently busy with 'Avan Ivan', directed by Bala, who made 'Naan Kadavul' with Arya earlier.
