Ajith’s No could be Arya’s Yes!

Call it dearth of stories or drying up creativity, Tamil cinema seems to be increasingly resorting to remaking old hits. After the successful Billa, Rajini’s movies seem to be the favorite ones. Last heard, Johnny, the Mahendran-directed classic starring Rajini and Sridevi will be the next in line to be remade by the director’s son John Mahendran. It is also learnt that Arya is among the director’s choices to recreate the Robinhood type role immortalized by the Superstar.

Interestingly, not so long ago, Ajith, in a television interview, denied news about any Johnny remake being planned.

Arya and Shriya to go Balle Balle

The first schedule of the Arya – Shriya starrer Chikku Bukku has just been wrapped up. It was shot in and around Kariakudi, Ooty, Kunoor and Mysore. In the second schedule, spanning Indian and international locations, the crew has plans for an Austrian trip to film a song besides Coorg and Goa in India.

Chikku Bukku’s music will be the highlight of the movie, according to director K Manikandan. Scored by the Colonial Cousins fame Hariharan & Lesli Lewis, the album will have a song by Wadali Brothers, the noted Punjabi folk singers from Amristar. Other than the lead pair, the movie also has Santhanam, Jegan and Preethika, Amrita Rao’s younger sister in a meaty role. Chikku Bukku is produced by Media One Global Entertainment.

Sarvam - My Say!

Guyz.. i happen catch Sarvam last night.

As Vishnu promised, both Arya & Trisha looked really dashing/beautiful in it.

Trisha's outfits were were wonderful. Couldn't keep my eyes off it.:)

I have to say the Arya's entry song did not make that much of an impact...since he can't really dance but hey at least he tried! You can see efforts in the last songs.

He really needs to take up some dancing classes.

The songs intervals were too short.. wished that they had cut off 1 of it. Chakravathy was absolutely irritating!!!You will know why after watching it. Indrajeet was a good relief...a fresh face.. boy.. does he look soo similar to his bro Prithivi.

The ending was kinda dragging... :(

Let me end this with a positive note, Arya was good in it. It was refreshing to see him jabber non-stop after his Naan Kadavul stint.

There is no way im telling the story, so watch it yourself at the nearest cinema.. n post yr comments:)
