The first schedule of the Arya – Shriya starrer Chikku Bukku has just been wrapped up. It was shot in and around Kariakudi, Ooty, Kunoor and Mysore. In the second schedule, spanning Indian and international locations, the crew has plans for an Austrian trip to film a song besides Coorg and Goa in India.
Chikku Bukku’s music will be the highlight of the movie, according to director K Manikandan. Scored by the Colonial Cousins fame Hariharan & Lesli Lewis, the album will have a song by Wadali Brothers, the noted Punjabi folk singers from Amristar. Other than the lead pair, the movie also has Santhanam, Jegan and Preethika, Amrita Rao’s younger sister in a meaty role. Chikku Bukku is produced by Media One Global Entertainment.
