Arya to replace Vikram

Arya has joined the league of Santhosh Sivam’s multi-starrer Urumi, according to a source. He will be seen in a cameo appearance in this movie which was supposed to done by Vikram as the actor had difficultly in allotting his dates to this cinematographer-turned-filmmaker. Urumi is about the attempted murder of Portuguese explorer Vasco Da Gama, who arrived in Kappad near Calicut in 1498. We have learnt that Arya would complete his assignment in three days. Apart from Arya, Urumi has Tabu, Vidya Balan, Genelia, Prithviraj, Prabhu Deva, Nithya Menon, and Amol Gupte. A source reveals that Vidya Balan has done item number in it. The title Urumi, which means long sword, made of flexible steel, sharp enough to cut into flesh, but flexible enough to be rolled into a tight coil originated in Kerala.
